Since August 2024, I’ve led the organic social media strategy and day-to-day management for Wine Bar George, an award-winning restaurant and wine bar at Disney Springs led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes. My support spans content strategy, quarterly on-site content shoots, platform management, community engagement, reporting, and ongoing optimization across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and Threads.

On a quarterly basis, I visit the restaurant to strategically capture a robust library of food, beverage, guest experience, and brand storytelling content that supports upcoming campaigns, seasonal promotions, menu launches, and ongoing social media needs. From there, I develop and execute platform-specific content strategies designed to translate the elevated yet approachable Wine Bar George experience into social-first content that resonates with both loyal local guests and Disney Springs visitors.

Through a mix of trend-led video content, polished imagery, educational storytelling, and guest-focused experiences, we’ve continued building an engaged online community while increasing overall visibility, reach, and interaction across platforms.
